The Delaco dairy producer, one of the top players on the cheese products market, registered a 40 percent year-on-year rise in sales in January, in spite of the decline registered on the food products market, according to company representatives.
“The dairy product market continues to have growth potential for the years to come, but everything depends on the impact of the crisis this year,” Delaco General Manager, Tudor Comaniciu, told Business Standard. “In terms of value, the market will register two-digit growth, similar to previous years, due to rising prices, but it will probably stagnate in terms of quality,” he added.
